May I use the graph as reference? I see it is the second page. Do you have other similarly useful graphs on this subject matter? I designed and developed a medical and surgical complications insurance solution to help assure the best possible health outcomes and avoid wrongful malpractice claims from patients suffering from unexpected medical bills and disabilities arising from inter-operative, post-hospital, and post-travel (for international patients) surgical and medical complications. I would be more than happy to share information with you. Are you aware of the an internationally proven medical and surgical classification and grading scale? I can refer to you such developers should that be of interest. I am sure they would be interested in your work.

medical and surgical complications are random events that can occur at any with the potential to strike any patient. The WHO prepared guidelines for safe surgery which has proven to reduce avoidable complications, however, the risk of complications is statistically inevitable. Very insight ful and carefully prepared graph...

At top left in WAR SURGERY
The author apparently insult to anesthesiologists and his colleagues too.
The question is; If you heard metallic sound of automatic breathing machine
, and realized that the anesthesiologist left the room why did you continue
surgical procedure?
Anesthesia machine is directly connected to oxygen source, do you want anesthesiologist
stay close to the point of danger during this operation because you want to be a heroic
surgeon?
I think the anesthesiologist did pretty normal work.
